We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and spearhead the architectural efforts for Salesforce implementation projects.
As a pivotal member of our IT department, the successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring the delivery of robust technical solutions that align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with external systems.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and provide direction to a team of developers and technical experts to establish integration with external systems, maintain data integrity, and create scalable solutions
- Communicate regularly with client managers and internal teams to interpret their requirements and align IT strategy with organizational priorities
- Train technology departments on emerging frameworks and industry standards, promoting solution designs tailored to business needs
- Examine prevailing trends in technology architecture and investigate innovative approaches to drive improvement and adoption
- Evaluate and mitigate technological risks, partnering with stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Organize ongoing activities and translate design frameworks into IT operations for smooth implementation of technical projects
- Deliver continuous project advancements and enhancements while maintaining, optimizing, and refactoring existing solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Extensive expertise in the Salesforce platform, with an in-depth understanding of its functionalities and constraints
- Background in leading large teams and successfully managing technical project delivery in telecommunications or equivalent sectors
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to overcome platform challenges and interpret business needs into effective technical solutions
- A calm and resolute demeanor under pressure, coupled with a positive and proactive approach
- Proficiency in English communication (B2+), ensuring seamless interaction with client managers, development teams, and other relevant stakeholders
