We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team and shape the architectural approach for Salesforce projects.

As a pivotal part of our IT department, the selected professional will lead a team, delivering technical solutions that align with business goals and integrate seamlessly with external systems.

Responsibilities
  • Define the technical framework and guide a team of developers and technical experts in delivering integration with external systems, ensuring data accuracy and creating scalable, optimized solutions
  • Communicate regularly with client managers and project teams to align IT initiatives with organizational goals
  • Train technology departments on emerging frameworks and practices, fostering solution designs that align with business requirements
  • Assess emerging technology trends and identify innovative solutions for continued enhancement
  • Manage technological risks while collaborating with stakeholders to enable informed decisions
  • Oversee ongoing processes and translate technical designs into operations for effective implementation
  • Deliver new functionalities and improvements, focusing on continual enhancement and platform optimization
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in the Salesforce platform, with a strong understanding of its features and constraints
  • Background in leading large multidisciplinary teams and delivering technical solutions in telecommunications or related sectors
  • Competency in solving platform challenges and converting business needs into technical frameworks
  • Ability to stay composed and efficient under tight deadlines, with a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in English (B2+) for effective communication with various stakeholders
