We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the architectural efforts for Salesforce implementation projects.
As a key member of our IT department, the candidate will guide a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with external systems.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and provide guidance to a team of developers and technical professionals, ensuring integration with external systems, data integrity, scalability, and optimized solutions
- Communicate and coordinate with client managers and development teams to understand organizational needs and align IT strategies accordingly
- Educate technology teams about new frameworks and best practices, supporting design solutions that meet business requirements
- Evaluate and analyze technology architecture trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor and mitigate technological risks, working collaboratively with stakeholders to support informed decision-making
- Coordinate activities and translate design concepts into IT operations for smooth and effective implementation of technical solutions
- Implement functionalities and enhancements, perform maintenance, and optimize solutions through detailed refactoring efforts
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive expertise in the Salesforce platform with a comprehensive understanding of its strengths and limitations
- Background in leading large teams and delivering complex technical projects, particularly in telecommunications or related domains
- Competency in problem-solving and analytics to address platform constraints and translate business needs into effective technical designs
- Adaptability under tight timelines with a strong focus and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in English communication (B2+), enabling seamless interaction with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders
