We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and spearhead the architectural efforts for Salesforce implementation projects.

As a key member of our IT team, the selected candidate will lead a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that align with business goals and seamlessly integrate with external systems.

Responsibilities
  • Define the technical vision and provide direction to a team of developers and technical professionals, ensuring integration with external systems, maintaining data integrity and quality, and building scalable and optimized solutions
  • Communicate and coordinate with client managers and development teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals and understand project requirements
  • Educate technology teams about emerging frameworks and recommended practices that enhance solution designs for business objectives
  • Evaluate current trends in technology architecture and identify innovative solutions and technologies to improve processes
  • Address and mitigate technological risks in collaboration with stakeholders using informed decision-making
  • Foster alignment between design concepts and IT operations during implementation to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions
  • Provide new functionalities and updates, conduct maintenance, and optimize solutions through refactoring efforts
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in relevant roles
  • Expertise in the Salesforce platform with proficiency in its strengths and limitations
  • Background in managing large teams and delivering technical projects in industries such as telecommunications
  • Competency in solving platform limitations and interpreting business requirements into technical outcomes
  • Stress-resistant mindset with the flexibility to maintain focus under tight deadlines
  • Advanced English communication skills (B2+) for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
