We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the architectural strategy for Salesforce implementation projects.

As a vital member of our IT department, the selected candidate will direct a team, ensuring the delivery of innovative technical solutions that meet business goals and integrate seamlessly with external systems.

Responsibilities
  • Define the technical strategy and lead a team of developers and technical professionals to implement integrations with external systems, ensure data integrity and quality, and develop scalable and optimized solutions
  • Collaborate consistently with client managers and development teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals
  • Promote understanding of new frameworks and best practices across technology departments to support solution designs that align with business objectives
  • Assess current technology architecture trends and research advanced solutions and technologies for continuous enhancement
  • Identify and manage technological risks, working with stakeholders to inform decisions effectively
  • Organize ongoing activities and facilitate the adoption of design concepts into IT operations for successful implementation of technical solutions
  • Deliver updated functionalities and enhancements regularly, maintain existing systems, and improve efficiency through optimization and refactoring
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in the Salesforce platform, with a detailed understanding of its capabilities and constraints
  • Background in leading large teams and achieving success in technical projects within telecommunications or related fields
  • Proficiency in problem-solving to tackle platform limitations and convert business needs into technical solutions
  • Competency in maintaining composure and productivity under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with English communication skills (B2+) to collaborate with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders effectively
