We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the architectural design for Salesforce implementation projects.

As a key member of our IT department, the selected candidate will oversee a team, ensuring the delivery of robust technical solutions that align with business goals and integrate seamlessly with external platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Define the technical vision and guide developers and technical professionals to create integration with external systems, ensuring data consistency and quality while delivering scalable and optimized solutions
  • Communicate with client managers and development teams to align the IT strategy with organizational goals and address specific needs
  • Provide training to technology departments on updated frameworks and methodologies to promote designs that support business objectives
  • Review current architectural trends and identify innovative technologies for ongoing development and enhancements
  • Address technological risks by consulting with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making
  • Organize ongoing technical activities while converting design concepts into operational IT practices to ensure effective implementations
  • Deliver improved functionalities and solutions, perform regular maintenance, and support projects through optimization and updates
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and a comprehensive understanding of its functionality and constraints
  • Background in managing large teams and delivering complex technical projects, particularly in telecommunications or related industries
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and analyze platform constraints while converting business needs into technical solutions
  • Capability to handle high-pressure environments effectively while maintaining determination and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in English communication (B2+) to collaborate with client managers, development teams, and other key stakeholders
