We are looking for an experienced remote Salesforce Team Lead to join our company.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end data migration and Salesforce org synchronization solution using designated tools with an open-source platform dedicated to data integration, data management, and data quality. You will also need to develop a technical cutover plan and execute data migration tasks, plan and monitor data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment operations. You should be an expert in data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and data reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end data migration and Salesforce org synchronization solution
  • Develop a technical cutover plan and execute data migration tasks
  • Plan and monitor data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment operations
  • Provide critical input, contribute to project execution documentation, and troubleshoot problems
  • Participate as a contributor with an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Platform object architecture, especially Sales Cloud object structure
  • Experience in working with large datasets, data governance, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts
  • Proficient in Data Modeling, SQL, ETL tools, and Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations
  • B2+ English level
Nice to have
  • Experience with Mulesoft as a tool for synchronization
  • Good functional understanding of the key Salesforce CRM Platform capabilities
