We are looking for a talented remote Salesforce Development Team Lead to join our growing team.
As a Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing nCino System and leading a team of developers to deliver the project successfully.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development team to build a successful nCino Loan Origination System project for a commercial banking client
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide a solution
- Design the architecture and implement the solution on Salesforce platform
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and adhere to the complete product lifecycle
- Mentoring, guiding, and training the development team to increase their productivity and effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform, with expertise in Architecture Salesforce
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Excellent technical skills in Salesforce APEX Development and nCino Configuration
- Good knowledge of the Banking domain and terminologies with expertise in multiple modules
- Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, share deep knowledge, and experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with management and business stakeholders
- B2+ English level
