We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Tech Lead to manage and oversee the organization's data integration and management solutions.
The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of these solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring the highest standards in data quality, accuracy, and accessibility. The Tech Lead will also provide technical leadership, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure the effectiveness of data governance and data quality management processes.
Responsibilities
- Architect data integration solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud features like data cleansing, deduplication, matching rules and data enrichment
- Provide guidance on data modeling, data quality checks, data cleansing techniques and data governance within Salesforce Data Cloud
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret data needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud APIs to manage data flow
- Implement processes to monitor data quality, identify issues and collaborate with data stewards to resolve them
- Establish data governance policies and procedures to maintain data consistency, accuracy and compliance
- Lead the implementation of data-oriented solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities
- Mentor junior data engineers and developers on Salesforce Data Cloud best practices
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud features, APIs, data modeling and data integration
- Proficiency in ETL processes, data warehousing concepts and data quality techniques
- Familiarity with SQL and potentially Apex
- Capability to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proven leadership abilities to guide and mentor a team of developers and engineers
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
