Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst who possesses a solid understanding of media process execution using core Salesforce technology and knowledge of the media industry.
The ideal candidate will also understand the core principles behind customer experience-driven solutions. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for executing discovery from a business analysis perspective, working on requirements elaboration, and preparing stories.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of EPICs aligning with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, document, and scope major features as EPICs
- Regularly review and adjust the backlog based on shifting business priorities or feedback
- Conduct analysis to understand different user personas interacting with the platform
- Map persona-specific needs to platform features and design
- Facilitate workshops to validate and refine persona definitions and alignments
- Outline and define Business Process Architectures with enterprise architects and development teams
- Document and communicate how business processes are configured to enhance efficiency
- Provide consultative support in BP architecture configurations
- Break down EPICs into manageable user stories for development implementation
- Define clear and measurable acceptance criteria for each user story
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, focusing on refining user stories based on feedback and project evolution
Requirements
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- Capability to prepare requirements and user stories
- Strong presentation skills
- Salesforce Admin Certified
- Understanding of media processes
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
