We are hiring a Salesforce Architect to shape Salesforce platform architecture and ensure solutions support business outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to guide scalable implementations, improve delivery, and maintain reliable systems.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision for Salesforce implementations and lead teams on integrations with external systems while safeguarding data quality
- Mentor developers and technical staff to build solutions that are scalable and high performing
- Coordinate with client managers and development teams to capture requirements and align IT strategy with organizational goals
- Enable technology teams by sharing new frameworks, tools, and best practices that address business needs
- Assess emerging architecture trends and identify ways to innovate and improve
- Control and assess technology risks, working with stakeholders to make well-informed decisions
- Supervise technical activities and convert design concepts into practical IT solutions
- Maintain a steady flow of features, enhancements, and optimizations, including maintenance and refactoring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology roles
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator roles
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more people
- Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or major product capability to market
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, with strong awareness of its strengths and limitations
- Experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience, and Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver technical projects, ideally in telecommunications or similar industries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle platform challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to remain composed and proactive under pressure, with a positive and resilient attitude
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or above
Nice to have
- Exposure to additional Salesforce products or industry-specific solutions
- Salesforce Architecture or related domain certifications
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
