Our sales development (SDR) organization at EPAM continues to grow, and we're inviting you to be part of that momentum! Consider this your entry point — and arguably the most consequential one — into a career in Enterprise Tech Sales, where doors open to AI, GenAI, Cloud, Metaverse, Machine Learning, and countless other frontiers, so prepare for an eventful path ahead!

We're searching for a Sales Developer (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales) who demonstrates forward-thinking instincts, engages people naturally, maintains discipline, and stays focused on outcomes. Through this position, you'll polish your outreach and pipeline-building talents while gaining fluency with premier sales platforms designed to connect you with prospective customers. Your core purpose involves locking in worthwhile meetings with specifically identified companies and delivering prospects solid reasons to consider working with us.

You'll operate alongside fellow SDRs/Team Leads, Sales/Account Managers/Directors, and Marketing partners, absorbing firsthand knowledge of prospecting methods, sales cycles, our range of services, and stories of past wins. For those wanting to reach beyond standard duties, you'll also tap into EPAM's extensive global roster of technologists, architects, strategic thinkers, consultants, and analysts. This role functions as a springboard into Business Development at EPAM, mapping out a route toward direct/field sales, partner sales, or leadership roles across our worldwide SDR organization.

Responsibilities
  • Function as an essential piece of EPAM's sales operation, identifying and connecting with ideal buyer types inside targeted accounts to open fresh pipeline for sales and account management partners
  • Reach prospective customers through a mix of LinkedIn, email, outbound cold and warm phone calls, video meetings, and social channels, sparking real conversations that develop into durable relationships
  • Stick to EPAM's structured sales cadence and recognized best practices to keep prospecting and outreach efforts organized and strategically sound
  • Dig into research covering target organizations and specific prospects, gathering relevant intelligence and filtering leads according to factors such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
  • Organize discovery calls and business meetings that set up sales and account management colleagues to introduce tailored solutions to interested prospects
  • Apply EPAM's advanced technology resources, including CRM software, to document outreach activity, manage relationship information, and safeguard data in accordance with rules like GDPR
  • Consistently achieve or go beyond set targets for activity across daily, weekly, and monthly periods, spanning phone calls, emails, social interactions, and video communications
  • Collaborate tightly with sales leadership and peers while progressively deepening your grasp of EPAM's offerings, technology areas, and industry focus through structured learning and mentorship opportunities
  • Assemble and continually sharpen target account rosters by investigating company details, internal structures, and relevant decision-making contacts
  • Review the results generated by outreach campaigns and adjust communication approaches based on patterns in responses and engagement
  • Compose short recap documents and handoff information for sales colleagues before scheduled meetings to enable smooth transitions
  • Remain informed on relevant company updates, market shifts, and competitor moves connected to assigned target accounts
  • Provide perspective and recommendations during team gatherings to help improve outreach scripts, tone, and broader prospecting methods
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's and Master's education in IT, Software, Sales/Marketing, or a closely related area
  • 1-2 years of practical work experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer service, or lead/demand generation functions like SDR, BDR, LDR, ADR, or equivalent titles
  • Strong capabilities in communication and organization, complemented by a flexible mindset toward work
  • Exceptional written and spoken English abilities rated C1 or higher
Nice to have
  • Real fascination with the technology and IT space, paired with drive to learn more about EPAM's capabilities and top-tier solutions
