We are seeking an experienced Python Development Team Lead with a specialization in AI technologies to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, Python, and other associated technologies. This role primarily involves leading the creation of an agentic platform and delivering AI solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the team in developing the agentic platform and AI solutions
- Coordinate with the Solution Architect to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems and platforms
- Offer technical direction, support, and mentorship to team developers
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards and adherence to development practices
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure platform reliability and performance
- Stay informed about AI development trends and incorporate advancements into projects
- Engage in project planning, time estimation, and risk assessment initiatives
- Deliver clear communication to team members and stakeholders to convey solutions and gather insights
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Developer or Developer Lead with experience in AI technologies
- Competency in Python and relevant libraries
- Background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and Langchain
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Skills in managing teams effectively under dynamic priorities
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable AI systems
- Passion for learning and advancing capabilities in AI technologies
- Capacity to work independently or within teams in high-paced environments
- Understanding of emerging trends and innovations in AI
Nice to have
- Qualifications in AI and machine learning frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Background in building agentic platforms
- Expertise in agile development practices
