We are looking for a Power Apps Project Manager to oversee IT and business projects with a primary focus on Power Apps solutions.
You will align projects with organizational goals and timelines while providing ongoing support for business systems and tools. This position requires close collaboration with business units and the technical team to evaluate requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Responsibilities
- Manage IT and business projects from initiation through completion, focusing on Power Apps solutions
- Serve as a primary point of contact between business units and the technical team for system and tool-related issues
- Evaluate business requirements to identify areas for process improvements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate the onboarding of new systems, applications, and users, providing training, documentation, and continued user support
- Track and report on project deliverables, budgets, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate efforts with vendors and third-party service providers to deliver solutions effectively
- Update and maintain internal documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides
- Resolve user tickets and IT-related issues directly or escalate them to appropriate teams
Requirements
- Background in project coordination, IT operations, or business support
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms
- Competency in effectively documenting workflows, requirements, and system configurations
- Understanding of both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration between business and technical teams
- Problem-solving skills and the flexibility to multitask in dynamic environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline
