We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Java with AI with expertise in Java to lead complex projects, ensure seamless delivery and drive collaboration across teams. This role focuses on managing Spring Boot/API projects while leveraging advanced Scrum and Agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog
- Support development teams by addressing obstacles and promoting efficient workflows
- Monitor project progress and team performance offering guidance to ensure desired outcomes
- Engage with stakeholders to align on project objectives, timelines and deliverables
- Report on project status, achievements and areas of improvement to management and stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement integrating Agile best practices
- Coordinate tasks and resources to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar; master’s degree preferred
- 13 to 15 years of professional experience including 10+ years in delivery management
- Expertise in Java technologies and Spring Boot/API projects
- Proven proficiency in Scrum methodologies and Agile practices
- Skills in stakeholder engagement and alignment on objectives and deliverables
- Background in GEN AI tools for project execution
