We are seeking a Project Manager to drive disaster recovery preparedness and business continuity outcomes across complex technology environments. You will coordinate exercises, maintain documentation and reporting, and align teams in an agile setting to improve operational resiliency. Apply to help strengthen continuity planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate disaster recovery drills and tabletop exercises
- Identify critical systems and operations required for continued business operations
- Coordinate and execute disaster recovery preparedness exercises across shared environments
- Maintain compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal requirements
- Create reports for leadership covering readiness, resiliency, tracking, and outcomes
- Update and maintain documentation to reflect current processes for repeat execution
- Coordinate onboarding of application teams into the ServiceNow BCDR repository and workflows
- Partner with application teams to centralize plans, approvals, tracking, and reporting in the BCM module
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships across teams and departments
- Manage workload and priorities effectively within an agile environment
- Participate in PI planning to prioritize and plan business continuity tasks
Requirements
- 7+ years of technology experience supporting enterprise environments
- 2+ years of project management experience coordinating cross-team deliverables
- Leadership communication skills to align stakeholders and hold teams accountable
- Project planning skills to build and track plans, milestones, and readiness activities
- Technical aptitude to learn emerging products and translate needs into actionable plans
- Strong writing skills to produce clear documentation and leadership-ready reports
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
Nice to have
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and PI Planning experience
- Business continuity or disaster recovery certification (CBCP, MBCP, BCCE)
- Crisis management best practices experience
- SharePoint site maintenance and collaboration setup experience
