We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity preparedness across complex technology environments. Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate disaster recovery drills and tabletop exercises to validate preparedness
- Identify critical systems and operations required to sustain business continuity during disruptions
- Coordinate and execute DR preparedness exercises across shared environments and platforms
- Maintain compliance with standards, regulations, and internal resiliency requirements
- Create and deliver reports for leadership on DR preparedness and operational resiliency
- Update and maintain documentation to reflect current processes for repeatable execution
- Partner with application teams to onboard DR plans into the ServiceNow BCM/BCDR repository
- Centralize plan approvals, tracking, and reporting within the DR repository
- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies across teams, departments, and divisions
- Manage workload and priorities effectively within an agile delivery environment
- Participate in PI planning to prioritize and plan BCP-related work
- Incorporate leadership feedback to improve personal effectiveness and delivery outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology-related experience
- 1+ years of project management experience with ability to build and execute delivery plans
- Hands-on experience with disaster recovery implementation and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with business continuity planning and preparedness programs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments supporting DR/BCP needs
- ServiceNow platform familiarity including ServiceNow CMDB usage and data alignment
- Strong communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and hold teams accountable
- Strong technical aptitude to learn emerging products and translate needs into plans
- Agile delivery experience working in iterative environments and managing priorities
- Report writing skills to produce leadership-ready status, metrics, and outcomes
- Process compliance mindset to follow standards, regulations, and control requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 Advanced)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
Nice to have
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience including PI planning participation
- SAFe story development, refinement, and delivery experience
- Business continuity certification such as CBCP, MBCP, or BCCE
- Crisis management best practices knowledge
- SharePoint site maintenance and collaboration space setup
