Find me a jobWe are looking for a methodical and results-oriented Project Manager to guide the planning, execution, and timely delivery of our IT and software development projects. In this capacity, you will act as the central driver ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and true to scope. You will coordinate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and outside stakeholders to organize timelines, manage resources, tackle risks, and secure smooth delivery from start to finish. If you excel at simplifying complexity, handling numerous priorities at once, and building alignment across various teams, we would be excited to welcome you aboard.
Responsibilities
- Set project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop thorough project plans, timelines, and milestones that support broader business aims
- Assist in effectively distributing engineering resources across active initiatives
- Keep track of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Spot potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks before they arise
- Craft mitigation approaches and flag critical issues to leadership before they threaten deadlines
- Function as the go-to contact for project status inquiries
- Share regular, clear, and focused progress updates with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Track daily project activities to ensure essential milestones stay on schedule
- Coordinate deployment and release processes together with engineering and operations teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator positions
- A minimum of 1 year of experience overseeing a team of 5 or more people
- At least 2 full-cycle project experiences, or involvement in multiple projects covering different stages of the development lifecycle
- Solid grasp of software development life cycles (SDLC), with experience in both Traditional (Waterfall) and Agile/Scrum methods viewed as highly beneficial
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, along with strong attention to detail
- Ability to direct cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes without holding direct authority
- Proficient with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification regarded as a valuable asset
- Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher), with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a range of audiences
