We are seeking an organized, results-driven Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software development projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, and keep delivery on track.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned to objectives
- Coordinate engineering resources across active initiatives and track utilization
- Track budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to keep projects on budget
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and create mitigation plans
- Escalate critical issues early to leadership to protect timelines and scope
- Communicate project status through concise updates and progress reports
- Monitor day-to-day execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- Coordinate deployment and release activities with engineering and operations teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects end to end
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Strong project planning and scheduling skills for scope, milestones, and timelines
- Solid understanding of SDLC and project delivery lifecycle
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for clear stakeholder communication
