We are seeking a Project Manager to guide technology initiatives from intake to delivery, aligning teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead project identification, prioritization, and authorization to support strategic organizational goals
- Define project plans, priorities, and controls in coordination with involved areas
- Collect effort estimates for resources, timelines, and costs across end-to-end solutions
- Ensure clear understanding of business needs to shape viable solution approaches
- Present and negotiate solution proposals with business areas and key stakeholders
- Define project risks and mitigation actions, and drive execution of response plans
- Document agreements, track action items, and follow up on open items to closure
- Capture and document lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery
- Monitor and manage project financials, including forecast, revenue, gross margin, and gross profit
Requirements
- 5+ years of project leadership experience in technology initiatives
- Strong consulting skills for engaging clients and business stakeholders
- Proven experience prioritizing and authorizing projects aligned to organizational strategy
- PMP methodology knowledge and Agile methodologies knowledge
- Solid project financial knowledge, including forecast, revenue, gross margin, and gross profit
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to present and align solution proposals
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
- Cloud and hybrid architecture knowledge
- Hands-on familiarity with AWS and Azure
- Experience with container platforms, including EKS
