Find me a jobWe are seeking a structured and outcome-focused Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our IT and software development initiatives. In this position, you will serve as the driving force keeping projects aligned with timelines, budgets, and scope. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and external stakeholders to manage schedules, coordinate resources, address risks, and guarantee smooth delivery from launch to completion. Responsibilities
- Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and build comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones that support business goals
- Support effective distribution of engineering resources across ongoing projects
- Monitor project budgets, spending, and resource usage
- Identify potential project risks, dependencies, and obstacles ahead of time
- Formulate mitigation strategies and raise critical concerns to leadership before they impact deadlines
- Act as the primary contact point for updates on project status
- Deliver consistent, clear, and concise progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Oversee daily project activities to confirm that important milestones are achieved
- Coordinate release and deployment efforts alongside engineering and operations teams
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator capacities
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 5 or more members
- A minimum of 2 full-cycle project experiences, or participation in multiple projects spanning various phases of the development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), with experience in both Traditional (Waterfall) and Agile/Scrum approaches considered highly valuable
- Outstanding organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, paired with keen attention to detail
- Capability to guide cross-functional teams and achieve results without formal authority
- Skilled in project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification considered a strong plus
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher), with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to varied audiences
