We are looking for an organized, results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our IT and software development projects. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our projects on track, on budget, and within scope. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and external stakeholders to coordinate timelines, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless delivery from kickoff to launch. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity, managing multiple moving parts, and driving cross-functional alignment, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones in alignment with business objectives
- Allocate engineering resources effectively across active projects
- Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively
- Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to leadership before they impact deadlines
- Serve as the central point of contact for project status
- Provide regular, transparent, and concise progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Monitor day-to-day project progress to ensure key milestones are met
- Coordinate deployment and release activities with engineering and operations teams
- Communicate directly with the Delivery Manager and maintain constant communication with Scrum Teams and other Project Managers to retrieve information
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering or IT projects from start to finish
- Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC)
- Familiarity with both Traditional (Waterfall) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2+)
