We are seeking a Middle Project Manager to lead our remote team. Your extensive technical background and management experience will be instrumental in driving project success. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects while managing a team of professionals. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and well-versed in Agile methodologies, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage project scope, risks, and issues, effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide leadership and support to project teams, ensuring their performance and development
- Ensure project documentation is up to date, accurate, and accessible, ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements, streamlining project delivery and enhancing team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and reporting on project financials
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, demonstrating your proficiency in leading projects from inception to completion
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role (not QA, Support, BA, Data Analysts), showcasing your technical background
- Certification in PMP, PSM I, and SAFE Agilist, demonstrating your advanced knowledge in project management and Agile methodologies
- Experience in cloud technologies, allowing you to provide guidance and leadership in cloud-based projects
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering quality projects
- Expertise in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, maintaining a high level of performance even under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
