We are currently seeking a skilled Middle Project Manager to join our remote team. As a Middle Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cloud projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Additionally, you will be required to manage and mentor a team of project managers, contributing to the development of their skills and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify their business needs and develop project scope and requirements
- Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Monitor project risks and issues, developing mitigation and contingency plans as required
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders regularly
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and methodologies
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex cloud projects, with at least 5 years of experience in a technical role (not QA, Support, BA, Data Analysts)
- A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams
- Experience in managing and leading teams of project managers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in managing projects using cloud technologies
- Certification in PMP, PSM I, and SAFE Agilist
- Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English
Nice to have
- An understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements
- Experience in managing remote teams
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
