We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of complex projects within the energy sector, particularly in Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy industries. As part of the organization’s ongoing transformation journey, Project Manager focuses on supporting the implementation of modernization and digital initiatives using off-the-shelf software solutions.
The role requires a strong foundation in project management, technical knowledge in mechanical or industrial engineering, and the ability to manage tasks in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.
Regular travel and on-site work at client locations in Aspropyrgos, West Attica region, are essential components of this position.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure goals, timelines, and budgets are met
- Assist in managing the delivery of third-party software solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements
- Maintain and execute the communication plan, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and key updates
- Help identify risks, track deliverables, and manage acceptance processes under the guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and ensure smooth project execution
- Leverage technical knowledge in mechanical or industrial engineering to effectively engage with technical teams
- Contribute to reporting project status to stakeholders at various levels
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or industrial projects
- Basic knowledge of project management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and tools
- Experience working with external vendors or contractors is a plus
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with some exposure to industrial projects preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Greek (mandatory) and English (minimum B2+ level)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
