We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of complex projects within the energy sector, particularly in Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy industries. As part of the organization’s ongoing transformation journey, Project Manager focuses on supporting the implementation of modernization and digital initiatives using off-the-shelf software solutions.

The role requires a strong foundation in project management, technical knowledge in mechanical or industrial engineering, and the ability to manage tasks in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.

Regular travel and on-site work at client locations in Aspropyrgos, West Attica region, are essential components of this position.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure goals, timelines, and budgets are met
  • Assist in managing the delivery of third-party software solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements
  • Maintain and execute the communication plan, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and key updates
  • Help identify risks, track deliverables, and manage acceptance processes under the guidance of senior team members
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and ensure smooth project execution
  • Leverage technical knowledge in mechanical or industrial engineering to effectively engage with technical teams
  • Contribute to reporting project status to stakeholders at various levels
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or industrial projects
  • Basic knowledge of project management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and tools
  • Experience working with external vendors or contractors is a plus
  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with some exposure to industrial projects preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Greek (mandatory) and English (minimum B2+ level)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
