Our client, one of the systemic Greek banks, is enhancing the BPM system. According to the cooperation and growth plans, Project Manager will play a key leadership role in the digital transformation of the organization, being a part of the larger program.

We are seeking professionals in Greece who are open to working from the office or following a hybrid schedule, with at least two days per week in the office required.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an on-site communicator and coordinator across multiple development teams
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals
  • Oversee planning, commitment, and delivery of the current project scope in partnership with the team
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to maintain steady project progress
  • Engage in extensive communication with customer stakeholders to align on team-level requirements
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and clarify team roles, optimizing team effectiveness
  • Coordinates product teams and ensures smooth delivery of technical solutions
  • Ensure coordination and alignment between delivery teams and migration teams
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience executing fixed-price projects will be a plus
  • Ability to manage relationships with Director-level
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Knowledgeable in Business Process Management platforms (IBM FileNet or Camunda, Pega, Alfresco, IBM Business Process Automation, Appian) would be a big plus
  • Greek language proficiency and ability to travel to the customer’s office in Athens
  • Strong English language skills (B2+ level or higher)
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in dynamic project environments
