We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AI consulting engagements and manage complex programs from initiation to completion. In this role, you will oversee multiple simultaneous projects under diverse contracting and pricing models while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving business growth across your accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex programs and accounts with proficiency across the full planning cycle
- Ownership of account-level P&L management including investments, bonuses and staff turnover
- Definition of programs based on business objectives and negotiation of value streams through workshops
- Documentation of program vision top-down and ability to rebuild programs from scratch
- Oversight of complex budgets under diverse business models
- Responsibility for up-sell and cross-sell to drive business expansion at project and program level
- Establishment and implementation of appropriate contracting models
- Delivery of multi-project reporting processes at account level with executive visibility
- Application of a Data Driven Delivery approach with performance metrics at program and account level
- Promotion of Engineering Excellence and continuous improvement at account level
- Preparation and approval of external audits such as ISAE 3402
- Governance of delivery and supervision of multiple projects within a program or account
- Resolution of complex team issues including turnover and terminations, and support for Resource Managers in individual growth plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project and program management within AI consulting and projects
- Expertise in managing complex programs and accounts under diverse contracting and pricing models
- Proficiency in account-level P&L management, budgeting and planning
- Skills in defining value propositions and negotiating value streams through workshops
- Capability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels including VPs and C-level
- Competency in communication, negotiation and conflict resolution with full autonomy
- Understanding of Data Driven Delivery, Engineering Excellence and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with external audit preparation such as ISAE 3402
- Capability to act as a role model for the management team and generate business leads within your area of responsibility
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Certification in PMI, Prince2 or IPMA
- Certification in IAPM or SAFe
