We are looking for a highly motivated Middle Project Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring that projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. You will need to have a technical background and extensive managerial experience to lead and mentor teams effectively. Your expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile, will be critical in ensuring the team's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and ensure projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide project status updates
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, particularly Agile
Requirements
- A technical background with at least 5 years of experience in a non-QA, non-support, non-BA, and non-data analyst role
- 8+ years of experience in a managerial position, with experience in leading teams
- Expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Certifications in PMP, PSM I, and SAFE Agilist
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Upper-Intermediate English level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with remote project management
- Experience with cloud migration projects
- Certifications in other project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or Scrum Master Certification
