Currently, we are looking for a remote Project Coordinator with 2+ years of Project Management experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment to join our team.
The customer is one of the largest multinational pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.
Responsibilities
- Team management, staffing, work processes administration
- Communication with customer stakeholders (preparation of regular status updates, escalation of blockers and issues, etc.)
- Reporting
- Preparation of work packages
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination and management functions on key roles within a project
- Understanding and hands-on experience in managing scrum teams
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoff
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
