Currently, we are looking for a remote Project Coordinator with 2+ years of Project Management experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment to join our team.

The customer is one of the largest multinational pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.

Responsibilities
  • Team management, staffing, work processes administration
  • Communication with customer stakeholders (preparation of regular status updates, escalation of blockers and issues, etc.)
  • Reporting
  • Preparation of work packages
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination and management functions on key roles within a project
  • Understanding and hands-on experience in managing scrum teams
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoff
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
