We are seeking an organized, results-driven Program Manager to lead the PMO function and ensure IT and software initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will align cross-functional teams, manage risks, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO function for the project and establish consistent delivery practices
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned to business objectives
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking
- Coordinate resource allocation and support budget and spend tracking across initiatives
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement mitigation and escalation plans
- Communicate project status through concise updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate execution, release, and deployment activities with engineering and operations teams
- Travel to Morelia once per month to support planning, alignment, and delivery cadence
Requirements
- 2+ years of program or project management experience delivering IT or software development projects end to end
- Cross-functional leadership skills to drive outcomes without direct authority
- Project planning expertise in defining scope, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
- SDLC knowledge with practical exposure to both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall approaches
- Project management tool proficiency with platforms such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and effective prioritization
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for clear written and verbal stakeholder communication
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification
