We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team and support the planning, execution, and management of a dynamic events program, particularly targeting developer communities.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for fostering learning and engagement through virtual and in-person events.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for planning and executing virtual and in-person event campaigns, with a focus on developer communities
- Organize and coordinate virtual events such as webinars, workshops, and meetups to enhance engagement and knowledge-sharing
- Ensure seamless execution of the events program by managing communication with stakeholders, speakers, and facilitators while adhering to timelines and processes
- Create and develop content in English, including communication materials, program documentation, speaker decks, and blog posts
- Establish and improve processes for program efficiency, including tracking KPIs and OKRs through reporting and metrics
- Collaborate closely with the program team to align on goals and ensure flawless execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in project and/or program management, ideally within developer relations or tech marketing
- Background in planning and executing virtual campaigns and events, with emphasis on technology products or developer-centric audiences
- Strong understanding of marketing and communication principles, with the ability to create tailored content for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Expertise in conducting research, analyzing data, and creating reports to monitor performance against KPIs and OKRs
- Competency in organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy in daily responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google technologies, particularly Firebase products
- Experience interacting with developer communities or working with technical audiences
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Gmail
