We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team to support the planning, execution, and management of a dynamic events program, primarily focused on developer communities.
This role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving engagement and knowledge-sharing through virtual and in-person events.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person event campaigns focused on developer communities
- Coordinate virtual events like webinars, workshops, and meetups to enhance engagement and knowledge-sharing
- Manage communication with stakeholders, speakers, and facilitators while ensuring adherence to timelines and processes
- Develop content in English, including communication materials, program documentation, speaker decks, and blog posts
- Establish and refine processes to improve program efficiency, including tracking KPIs and OKRs through reporting and metrics
- Collaborate with the program team to achieve alignment on goals and ensure seamless execution
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in developer relations or tech marketing
- Background in planning and executing virtual campaigns and events, with emphasis on technology products or developer-focused audiences
- Understanding of marketing and communication principles to create tailored content for various audiences
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Expertise in research, data analysis, and report creation to monitor performance against KPIs and OKRs
- Competency in organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy in handling responsibilities
- Flexibility to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Understanding of Google technologies, including Firebase products
- Skills in engaging with developer communities or working with technical audiences
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Gmail
