We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the definition, delivery, and success of our product portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into clear technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions at pace.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and document detailed technical requirements
- Contribute actively to product planning and roadmap development
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and business objectives
- Assess the technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints of features with support from neighboring technology teams as needed
- Establish product performance and effectiveness metrics to measure and benchmark success
- Build and present a well-supported point of view based on primary and secondary research, including direct customer engagement
- Deliver requirements in collaboration with SaaS Ops, Security, Architecture, and various engineering teams, following an iterative, pragmatic approach
- Apply effective written and visual techniques to product requirements, such as sequence diagrams and payload mockups
- Produce data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed
- Oversee product delivery, including PoC, internal Beta, external Beta, Public Launch, and ongoing releases
- Address technical blockers and coordinate solutions across multiple technical teams
- Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing operational excellence practices
- Capability to lead and influence business and technical teams within a matrixed environment
- Familiarity with SaaS and/or cloud-based solutions
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools, including Confluence, Jira, and Slack, with experience in an agile/scrum environment
- Experience working with leading SaaS companies serving a diverse customer base across small business, SMB, and enterprise segments
- Experience in products serving one or more business domains
- Experience collaborating with technical delivery teams that leverage continuous delivery for launches
- Skills in developing and delivering complex products at high velocity under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and excellent reporting abilities
- Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder relationships effectively, both internally and externally
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
