Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap for data governance, aligning with organizational goals and AI-driven initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance solutions meet technical and business requirements
Translate complex AI and data concepts into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks and policies
Drive data quality improvement initiatives by leveraging insights from advanced analytics and machine learning models
Oversee data pipelines to ensure security, quality, and consistency of data used in AI applications
Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to prioritize backlogs and manage product development cycles effectively
Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage product features, requirements, and project timelines
Mediate and coordinate among global stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of data governance standards across regions
Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for optimization
Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within your team and product initiatives

Requirements

University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Finance
10+ years of overall experience in Product Management/Ownership with a minimum of 6 years within AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning projects
Proven experience in defining product roadmaps for AI-driven or data-intensive applications
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, data pipelines, and software development lifecycles
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
Knowledge of data analysis and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets
Capability to communicate highly technical data governance solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse global teams
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), both written and verbal, with extensive experience in international environments

Nice to have

Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to data governance
Familiarity with model governance frameworks in AI/ML contexts
Background in implementing compliance requirements in data-heavy projects
