We're on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our team. This opportunity works well for someone who gets energized by streamlining intricate financial operations through smart, grounded solutions. You'll engage directly with a variety of finance teams to surface pain points and shape them into tools that deliver tangible operational value. Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with leadership spanning FP&A, Treasury (Procurement, Receivables, Payables), and Accounting (Core GL, Revenue Accounting, Order Management, Tax, Enterprise Risk Management) to surface promising AI use cases and pin down the problem statement, intended users, and success criteria
  • Trace finance workflows from beginning to end, spanning plan-to-forecast, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and close activities, aiming to strip away extra steps and manual work
  • Take ownership of the Finance AI backlog, sequencing requests by weighing business value, effort needed, risk, and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Sort through each incoming request to land on the right build strategy, whether that's a purpose-built AI agent, a low-/no-code solution, AI integrated into SaaS platforms like Oracle Fusion or Anaplan, or standard workflow automation
  • Build out solutions covering forecasting and variance analysis, cash visibility, procurement intake, collections, invoice handling, close and reconciliation work, revenue recognition, order management, tax research, and risk monitoring
  • Take hands-on ownership of building and launching AI agents, Claude Projects, and automated workflows, carrying them from early-stage prototype into full-scale production
  • Draft clear, well-defined requirements, then turn them into solutions using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, covering any necessary APIs and integrations
  • Put in place evaluation frameworks addressing accuracy, traceability, financial controls, and human oversight, applying governance, security, and privacy standards in collaboration with Security, Legal, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Architecture
  • Encourage adoption through dedicated training and enablement programs, while monitoring close cycle time, DSO, invoice processing speed, and hours saved
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of applicable background in software development, product management, FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, or finance systems
  • A minimum of 3 years spent in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level positions
  • Demonstrated history managing engagements for teams of 5 or more full-time staff
  • Hands-on background constructing and launching AI agents and automations through tools such as Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or AWS Bedrock
  • Practical development experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code, including exposure to APIs, integrations, and enterprise-level data
  • Familiarity with prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool use, and approaches to evaluating AI output
  • Solid grasp of at least one finance specialty, such as FP&A, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, GL, revenue accounting, or tax
  • Direct experience using tools such as Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, treasury platforms, procurement systems, billing software, or tax tools
  • Capability to build credibility with finance leadership and auditors, translating AI concepts into accessible business language
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks supporting responsible, compliant AI adoption
  • Background applying AWS Bedrock toward building and scaling generative AI solutions
  • Experience with low-code platforms designed for agentic automation to speed up solution delivery
  • Background designing and implementing agentic workflows for intricate finance-related processes
  • Direct experience using Anaplan to support financial planning and analysis initiatives
  • Knowledge of Anthropic Claude for supporting AI-driven solution development
  • Experience conducting business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
  • Familiarity with context engineering methods that enhance AI model relevance and accuracy
  • Solid background in FP&A practices supporting forecasting and planning-focused solutions
  • Knowledge of Glean for enabling enterprise search and knowledge discovery
  • Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application within AI integration work
  • Relevant certification, which would be considered a valuable addition to your qualifications
