We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful products while working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Responsibilities
- Research and document detailed technical requirements to guide product development
- Actively contribute to product planning sessions and help shape the overall product roadmap
- Partner with internal and external customers, including other Product Managers, architecture, operations, business development, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to gain a deep understanding of their needs
- Assess the technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints of features with support from related technology teams
- Define metrics that measure and benchmark product performance and effectiveness
- Build and communicate a well-supported point of view based on primary and secondary research, including direct customer engagement
- Deliver requirements in collaboration with SaaS Ops, Security, Architecture, and various engineering teams, following an iterative and pragmatic delivery approach
- Incorporate clear written documentation and visual techniques, such as sequence diagrams and payload mockups, into product requirements
- Create data flows along with functional and technical specifications as needed
- Manage product delivery across all stages, including Proof of Concept, internal Beta, external Beta, Public Launch, and ongoing releases
- Ensure product delivery timelines are met across the organization, including engineering teams
- Help resolve technical blockers and coordinate solutions across multiple technical teams
- Collaborate closely with internal product teams to ensure APIs support required use cases and scenarios across the product portfolio
- Provide the engineering team with the information needed regarding endpoints and contracts
- Stay informed on emerging technology capabilities and apply this knowledge to shape product solutions, while recommending and planning innovative features
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers throughout the organization
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator role
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more employees
- At least 2 full-cycle project experiences, or participation in multiple projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience developing and managing operational excellence practices
- Ability to lead and influence business and technical teams within a matrixed environment
- Familiarity with SaaS and/or cloud-based solutions
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, including Confluence, Jira, and Slack, along with experience working in an agile/scrum environment
- Experience working with leading SaaS companies serving a diverse customer base, including small business owners, SMBs, and enterprise clients
- Experience with products serving one or more business domains
- Experience working with technical delivery teams that leverage continuous delivery for product launches
- Skilled in developing and delivering complex products at high velocity under demanding deadlines
- Strong analytical approach with attention to detail and excellent reporting abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher), with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

- Experience with Figma for design collaboration and prototyping
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for workflow and service management
