We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex, cross-functional challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You'll operate at the intersection of technology and business operations, working to streamline processes and introduce smarter ways of working across the organization. If you're energized by hands-on building, continuous experimentation, and driving measurable impact, this position offers an exciting opportunity to shape how AI is applied across corporate functions

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Legal, IT, Enterprise Risk Management, Product, Engineering, and other functional leaders to identify AI opportunities and define the problem, target users, and success measures
  • Map end-to-end processes, such as contract request-to-signature, IT request-to-fulfillment, risk assessment, and ticket-to-deploy, to eliminate unnecessary steps and manual effort
  • Own the AI backlog for Corporate Functions, prioritizing requests based on business value, effort required, risk, and strategic fit
  • Triage incoming requests to determine the right approach, whether a custom AI agent, low-/no-code build, AI embedded within SaaS platforms (CLM platform, ServiceNow, Jira), or workflow automation
  • Build solutions supporting contract intake and review, policy questions, IT service desk requests, risk register support, product feedback, release notes, ticket triage, and documentation
  • Build and ship AI agents, Claude Projects, and automated workflows independently, carrying them from prototype through to production
  • Write clear requirements, then develop solutions using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, including APIs and integrations
  • Establish evaluation processes covering accuracy, confidentiality, auditability, and human review, applying AI governance, security, and privacy standards in partnership with Security, Legal, and EA
  • Drive adoption through training and enablement efforts, while tracking intake volume, routing time, resolution time, and overall service levels
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development, product management, Legal Operations, IT, risk management, engineering operations, or business systems
  • At least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles
  • Proven track record managing engagements for teams of 5 or more full-time employees
  • Direct experience building and shipping AI agents and automations using tools such as Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or AWS Bedrock
  • Hands-on development experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code, including working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise data
  • Working knowledge of prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool use, and AI evaluation methods
  • Strong understanding of Legal, IT, risk, product, or engineering workflows
  • Practical experience with tools such as CLM, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or risk management platforms
  • Ability to build trust across legal, IT, risk, product, and engineering teams while explaining AI concepts in clear business terms
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with AI governance principles to support responsible and compliant AI adoption
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock for building and scaling generative AI solutions
  • Background working with agentic automation low-code platforms to accelerate solution delivery
  • Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows for complex business processes
  • Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude for AI-driven solution development
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence for documentation and knowledge management
  • Experience using Atlassian Jira for tracking work and managing project workflows
  • Background in business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Knowledge of context engineering techniques to improve AI model performance and relevance
  • Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management Systems (CLMs) for managing contract workflows
  • Familiarity with Glean for enterprise search and knowledge discovery
  • Working knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its role in AI integrations
  • Relevant certification, which would be considered a valuable addition to your qualifications
