We are looking for a remote Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product roadmap, product ownership, and product visioning. You will work closely with business and technology teams to define a value-driven product release plan. You will develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap of product releases, initiatives, and capabilities. Your role will require frequent interaction with both customers and non-customers to recommend and specify requirements for product capabilities supported by market research. You will be expected to manage product milestones and communicate them to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to define the key personas and product capabilities
  • Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap of product releases, initiatives, and capabilities
  • Work closely with business and technology teams to define a value-driven product release plan
  • Research and document the customer's journey
  • Work closely with a BA and Dev Team to decompose the high-level backlog into actionable stories and tasks
  • Recommend and specify requirements for product capabilities supported by market research and ongoing interaction with both customers and non-customers
  • Manage product milestones and communicate them to the stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience
  • Experience in at least 5 projects is required or have experience in launching a product (or key product capability) to the market
  • At least 3 years in Lead/Manager/Owner/Architect/Coordinator roles
  • Proven record of launching products (or key product functionalities)
  • Proven track record in managing engagements for teams of 20+ FTEs
  • Previous experience and success working with Agile product development teams
  • Ability to advocate for the right thing in the face of objection, for the user
  • Desire to manage client expectations effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Capacity to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform testing, and effectively communicate with business
  • Possibility to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+/C1 level)
