We are looking for an experienced remote Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and backlog creation, owning the product from ideation to launch. As a Product Manager, you will be a crucial part of a project delivering services to our client's IT department. Your role is pivotal in supporting the department's objectives and contributing to ongoing digital transformation initiatives aligned with the customer's vision. You will immerse yourself in a diverse set of proprietary technologies and client IT processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, aligning it with the overall business goals and vision
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and goals
- Ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized, and that the team is aligned around the product vision and goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that the product meets the customer's needs and expectations
- Communicate with stakeholders on the product status, progress, and any changes to the product vision or roadmap
- Continually analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust the product strategy accordingly
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Ensure that the product meets all necessary regulatory and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT
- At least 3 years of experience in Lead/Manager/Owner/Architect/Coordinator roles
- Proven track record in managing engagements for teams of 20+ FTEs
- Experience in at least 5 projects or have experience in launching a product (or key product capability) to the market
- Expertise in Roadmap and Backlog creation
- Proven experience in Product Ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+/C1 level)
