We are seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Define and manage product roadmaps to align with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy
- Oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and usability
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for product specifications and processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements based on data insights
- Manage product backlog and ensure effective prioritization of tasks
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency
Requirements
- Advanced graduate degree such as a master's degree, MBA, or PhD
- Over 8 years of experience in the software industry across functions such as Engineering, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Architecture, or Data Science
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 20 or more employees
- Proven track record in participating in at least five full-cycle projects or launching a product (or key product capability) to the market
- Background in Salesforce with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Expertise in developing requirements for Salesforce solutions and managing configurations
- Skills in optimizing Salesforce usage and ensuring scalability within the organization
- Ability to define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Competency in gathering and prioritizing user requirements and documenting functional specifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams
- Analytical skills to evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions
- Experience in driving organizational change for Salesforce implementations and managing communications
- Capability to provide training or onboarding resources to enhance adoption and productivity
- Advanced English-speaking and writing skills to support collaboration and stakeholder relationships
