We're looking for a Product Manager with solid Financial Services experience to join our team, with a focus on Asset Management initiatives. The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of product strategy and lifecycle management and will collaborate with stakeholders to shape product vision and achieve measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Work with the onsite proxy product owner to gain understanding of the product vision and roadmap
- Determine and outline product capabilities, features, and functions
- Establish Epics and stories, along with their success criteria
- Develop and clarify stories, business logic, and business outcomes
- Oversee product scope and set priorities for capabilities, Epics, and Stories
- Attend sprint review demos and offer feedback
- Monitor feedback to ensure its integration into the backlog with appropriate prioritization
- Take part in incident triaging
- Act as the main contact for business-related questions and clarifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus
- 10-15 years of combined experience in the IT field
- At least 8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
- Experience in Product Management, covering Product Roadmap, Product Vision, and Product Life Cycle
- Experience in Financial Services, with Asset Management experience considered a significant plus
- Strong business acumen and the ability to represent business and end-customer viewpoints
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Strong attention to detail
