We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer specializing in visual design, prototyping, and animation using Figma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iconography and design systems and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-fidelity Figma prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the native mobile app
- Develop animations and transitions within Figma to simulate real-world interactions and enhance the user experience
- Craft visually stunning and cohesive user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and identity
- Ensure design consistency by maintaining a high standard of quality across all visual elements
- Build and manage a scalable and recognizable set of icons for the content library, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity
- Regularly update the icon set to reflect evolving product needs and maintain design relevance
- Develop, manage, and maintain a robust Figma-based design system, including reusable components, style guides, and UI patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure the consistent implementation of the design system across all products
- Partner with sales teams to understand requirements and tailor prototypes to meet both business and user goals
- Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback to refine designs for optimal user experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX Design
- Expertise in prototyping, animations, and creating/managing design systems using Figma
- Background in designing pixel-perfect interfaces and crafting scalable icon sets that align with branding
- Competency in working cross-functionally, translating requirements, and iterating based on team feedback
- Understanding of designing accessible and user-friendly solutions that prioritize intuitive interaction
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience working with sales or marketing teams to develop user-facing materials
- Understanding of accessibility best practices for mobile and web design
- Showcase of successful design systems implemented in previous roles
