We are looking for a Greek-speaking Principal Delivery Manager to join EPAM Greece and engage with local Financial Services accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for delivery ownership, managing customer relationships, supporting business development, organizing delivery teams, and overseeing financials. The position requires frequent visits to customer offices in Athens (2–3 times per week). Greek language proficiency at C1 and English at B2 are mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery across single or multiple accounts, ensuring successful project execution, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
- Organize delivery teams and initiate projects, ensuring the right people, capabilities, and delivery setup are in place
- Manage selected key projects directly, taking hands-on ownership of delivery, risks, timelines, quality, and stakeholder management
- Partner with Managers and Client Partners to ensure successful delivery and strong client relationships
- Take ownership of delivery across new and existing accounts, including account inception and consultative selling
- Manage customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact for clients
- Support business development activities and contribute to financial oversight
- Oversee delivery processes, project execution, risks, and quality standards
- Engage in presales and consultative selling across multiple technologies
- Provide high-level architecture oversight and support SDLC setup for complex technical projects
- Visit customer offices in Athens regularly to maintain strong client engagement
- Adapt to varying account types, including new and existing accounts, or a combination of both
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success and maximize client value
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software projects in enterprise settings, with project sizes exceeding $1M annually
- 10+ years of experience in the software implementation industry
- Experience in presales and consultative selling across multiple technologies
- Greek language proficiency at C1 level
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Experience as a Delivery Manager in setting up the software development lifecycle and providing high-level architecture oversight (preferred)
- Understanding of local Financial Services companies (preferred)
