Presales Solution Consultant – Data and AI

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Solution Consultant to join our expanding Data & AI practice.

This position connects technology with business impact, enabling clients to leverage data for transformative outcomes. You will be instrumental in designing innovative solutions, supporting sales initiatives, and delivering strategic consulting and technical expertise to drive client success.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales, delivery, and subject matter experts to match client requirements with data-driven solutions
Manage the entire presales lifecycle, including qualifying opportunities, designing solutions, preparing proposals, conducting demos, and presenting to clients
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business objectives and technical needs, ensuring solutions are aligned with client goals
Architect customized data solutions covering cloud-native platforms, data integration, advanced analytics, and AI/ML models to deliver actionable insights
Develop competitive proposals, pricing strategies, and value propositions to secure new business and close deals
Stay informed about the latest trends in Data & Analytics, Cloud, and AI, offering strategic guidance to clients and fostering innovation within the team
Contribute to the creation of reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency
Mentor team members and share knowledge to support skill development and promote best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, computer science, business analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data, AI, or related fields
At least 2 years in leadership, management, ownership, architecture, or coordination roles
At least 1 year of experience leading a team of five or more employees
Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or involvement in multiple projects covering various development phases
Extensive background in presales, solution architecture, or consulting, with a focus on Data/AI technologies and business applications
Strong technical expertise in data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP Data Services
Proficient in ETL processes, data modeling, business intelligence tools, and data visualization frameworks like Power BI and Tableau
Familiarity with data science methodologies and the ability to analyze client needs and align them with technical solutions
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate complex technical topics into clear, client-focused messages
Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations or pitches
Skilled in preparing detailed proposals, RFP responses, and pricing or engagement models for data-related projects
Understanding of strategic consulting principles and the ability to create future-state recommendations and roadmaps for clients
Strong organizational, leadership, and project scoping skills, with a track record of managing complex tasks in fast-paced environments
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
