We are looking for a Personnel Officer to join our team in Astana. In this role, you will provide full-cycle personnel administration, maintain employee records, ensure timely processing of HR documentation, and support employees and managers on personnel-related matters.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain personnel records in 1C: ZUP (version 8.3): hiring, transfers, terminations, vacations, business trips, absences, updating employee data
  • Form and maintain employee personnel files and employment records
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, leave orders, business trip orders, and other personnel documents
  • Maintain personnel document registration logs and databases
  • Track working hours, vacations, temporary disability leaves, and enter relevant information into HR systems
  • Prepare and verify employee timesheets
  • Prepare certificates of employment and other employee requests
  • Prepare personnel documents for archiving
  • Preparation and maintenance of HR documentation in the state language and other languages used in the Company's business operations
  • Work with ESUTD (enbek.kz): registration of employment contracts, registration of terminations, posting vacancies
  • Prepare documents required for visa applications and foreign employee support
  • Submit notifications regarding arrival of foreign employees and prepare supporting documentation for residence permit processes
  • Assist in preparation of reports for government authorities
  • Consult employees on routine personnel administration matters
  • Support office administration activities during the absence of the Office Manager
Requirements
  • Higher education
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in personnel administration
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Experience with 1C: ZUP (version 8.3)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working with electronic document management systems
  • Knowledge of ESUTD (enbek.kz)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • Responsibility, discipline, and good communication skills
