We are on the hunt for a People Partnership Specialist to enhance our vibrant team. This position is crucial for creating a supportive and engaging atmosphere and will play a vital role in improving employee experiences from start to finish within our organization. The successful candidate will be central in advancing our people-focused strategies, aligning them with our broader organizational aims and core values.
Responsibilities
- Support employees and leaders across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to departure, handling a variety of employee-related matters
- Spearhead efforts to boost employee engagement and retention
- Participate in performance management activities and promote a culture of ongoing feedback
- Oversee wellbeing initiatives and partner with managers to mitigate and address employee burnout
- Provide guidance on People processes and policies when automated solutions fall short
- Propel key people processes including onboarding and wellbeing, and assist with People projects and strategic endeavors
- Assist People Partners with a variety of projects and tasks
- Evaluate people data to spot trends and formulate innovative solutions
- Collaborate closely with management and leadership to roll out effective programs and initiatives
- Champion and facilitate diversity and inclusion activities
- Offer HR expertise regarding feedback, employee relations, and consult with managers on performance management and retention tactics
- Collaborate with business partners to analyze HR metrics and trends, crafting effective solutions and programs
Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR experience in a dynamic, innovative setting
- A proven passion for teamwork coupled with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle complex and unclear situations proactively
- Keen sensitivity to the needs of both employees and the organization
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to act in a coaching capacity, providing timely and impactful feedback
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- English proficiency at a B2+ level
