We're looking for a People Partner to join our hybrid London team. In this UK-focused role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting high-performing and engaged teams that deliver exceptional results. Through collaborative problem-solving and influential communication, you will guide leaders, shape culture and ensure every people-related decision aligns with strategic business objectives.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate on high-impact projects, including the adoption of AI technology to automate routine tasks, allowing the team to focus on creative and collaborative initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong and credible relationships with managers while providing expert advice on performance, employee relations, bench management and career development
  • Coach leaders to manage their teams effectively and confidently
  • Use People data to support business objectives and lead insightful conversations with management
  • Leverage People Survey feedback to identify opportunities and influence positive change
  • Manage all employee relations matters to deliver fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes
  • Ensure HR policies remain compliant with UK employment law and are understood by leaders
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives that strengthen team connection and support cultural development
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and integrate AI solutions for HR improvements
  • Collaborate with specialist teams such as Learning and Development, Mobility, Talent Acquisition and CSR to deliver joined-up solutions
  • Provide hands-on administrative and operational support to the People Operations team when required
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years in HR with at least 3 years in a senior HR generalist or People Advisory position including strong HR process experience
  • Strong background in employee relations and UK employment law
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills confident in influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound commercial acumen with the ability to align People strategies to organisational goals
  • Experience working in environments undergoing change with agility and resilience
  • Proven ability to enhance organisational culture and drive engagement within large or complex organisations
  • Skills in consulting, analysis, project management, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Genuine interest in using AI for process improvement within HR
  • Experience in Technology or Consultancy sectors is highly preferred
Nice to have
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Strong presentation skills and experience with HR technology platforms
