The People Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing and facilitating the human resources functions within the company. This professional will handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from administrative tasks like handling payroll and benefits to more strategic roles such as implementing people-focused programs and managing employee mobility. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong communication abilities, and uphold the highest levels of confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and support of people-related processes, programs, and corporate events
- Manage the entirety of global mobility operations, including handling immigration applications, visas, and coordination with external agencies
- Oversee business travel arrangements, including preparation of necessary documents for business visas and logistical support for corporate trips
- Provide clear and timely communication with employees regarding their relocation or business travel details
- Independently manage and prioritize daily tasks to meet organizational objectives
- Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all HR-related matters
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR advisory or generalist roles, including expertise in people programs, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and employee mobility
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with HR or Organizational Development certification preferred
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information effectively
- Capable of operating independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English, with at least a B2 level of fluency
