We are seeking a People Advisory Specialist to join our team.
This position is dedicated to providing organizational people management support, facilitating people processes, and implementing programs within specific units. As a Practice/Discipline People Partner, you will assist employees and leaders in all EPAM HR processes, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Primary People Partners who oversee particular disciplines or practices
- Assist with a range of HR processes, including employee experience management, retention, and performance development, initially with guidance and later independently
- Support unit management in auditing local programs and frameworks, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Contribute to unit townhalls and events, encouraging employee participation and office attendance
- Engage with the Shared Service Center and collaborate with various stakeholders on process-related tasks and issues
Requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Primary People Partners across different disciplines and practices
- Experience supporting HR processes such as employee experience management, retention, and performance development, with the capacity to work independently over time
- Skills in assisting management with audits of local programs and frameworks, including knowledge of local labor law compliance
- Experience organizing and participating in unit events and townhalls, with a focus on promoting employee engagement
- Familiarity with Shared Service Center operations and the ability to interact with multiple participants on diverse tasks
