We're looking for a Senior People Advisory Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi in a hybrid working mode. This position offers you the opportunity to shape and manage People operations across the employee lifecycle. Your work will ensure efficiency, compliance and an excellent employee experience while enabling business success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and use digital solutions to optimize HR processes in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Several years of experience in HR operations, HR administration or a comparable role
- Completed degree, vocational training in HR or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in HR processes, documentation and systems
- Experience with payroll-related HR activities and benefits administration
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital tools, workflow systems and data management
- Fluent Georgian and English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under multiple priorities and deadlines
- Motivation to improve processes and implement digital solutions
